Use the friend safari. Pokemon in the Friend Safari always have 2 IVs of 31, making it a breeze to breed with them. I got a phanpy with the right nature and 31 in every stat within the span of an hour.

Sympathizing with OP, I was up till 4AM last night breeding Rhyhorn for my evioDon

Got a rhyhorn brave w/ everstone and 31 in Atk/Def. Ditto holding destiny knot w/ 31 in HP/SpDef and they just WILL NOT FUCK. I seriously hatched an egg for all its steps before he had an egg for me. And the things that do hatch have one perfect IV

The key to getting those 31s is starting with as many as possible. The best ways to get them in Gen 6 are:

>Dittos or anything else in the Pokemon's egg group in the Safari for a guaranteed 2 31 IVs
>wild Baby Pokemon for a guarateed 3 31 IVs

The Baby Pokemon method is especially easy. I wanted Baton Pass on a Prankster Volbeat, so I caught a couple Mime Jr.s and got the IVs I wanted within like 5 catches.
