Some ability that allows moves with secondary effects to have +1 priority at the loss of their secondary effects, and give it to only really weak mons.

The idea was that then you have Pokemon with those abilities (or Mega Launcher/Strong Jaw) and they can have really crazy movesets.

I think what you meant was "ITT: I create a shit-ton of new moves and abilities for Gen VII to extrapolate on the introduction of Strong Jaw/Mega Launcher because I'm an autist and can't stand the relatively low distribution and effects of said abilities"
None of those moves/abilities are interesting, they just clog everything up with redundant attacks and potentially give every Pokemon with wings/a tail/sharp teeth/a head (aka every goddamn Pokemon) retardedly good coverage.

These would undoubtedly have similar base power, the same type, all be physical, and all have the same secondary effect.
I could see a few of these moves making it in, but all of them would just be idiotic. There is no need to arbitrarily add moves for every type/body part combination.

Melting Point
When burned, defenses are decreased but attack sharply rises. Steel and Ice only.

Inversion
All Pokemon currently out have their weaknesses and resistances flipped.

Recycling
Gains a Defense and Special Defense boost when hit with a Poison type attack.

Clear Mind
Attacks to 25% more damage when the user is confused.

Cowardice
In double/triple battles, this Pokemon "hides" behind it's allies and they take damage for it instead.

Meteorologist
Activates a random weather effect upon entering the battle and is not effected by weather damage.

Hedge Trimming
Grass type sacrifices Defense and Special Defense but sharply gains Speed every turn.

Frozen Wasteland
Ice types only. Water attacks any Pokemon on the field uses become Ice attacks.

Evaporation
Fire types only. Water type attacks become not very effective against the Pokemon with this ability.

Fierce Wings
Wing-type moves are powered up. New moves like Blazing Wing, Frozen Wing, and so on are introduced to match the ability.

Artificial Intelligence
Steel types and Porygon line only. When a Pokemon with this ability is confused, instead of hurting itself in confusion OR obeying its trainer, it will use one of its attacks at random.

Why does it "clog" things up? There's no rule that there can only be a set amount of attacks.

Who says they need to learn all of them? Certain Pokemon might only learn some of them, if any, while only the ones with the related ability (which is the point) would have access to more of them.

A bird can't learn a fang or head move. A dragon might not be able to learn a wing move. It gives things that miss out because of what kind of Pokemon they are a chance (not necessarily a guarantee) for some more creative movesets, while at the same time allowing for totally crazy ones on the ones with the abilities.

It'd be fun.

Dragon Scales
Dragon types only. Attacks that do regular damage become not very effective, but attacks that are super effective do increased damage in exchange.

Turtle Shell
Turtle/Tortoise Pokemon only. Every turn a Pokemon with this ability doesn't attack the opponent, it gets a Defense increase.

Foul Aroma
Poison types and scent-themed Pokemon only. Enemy attacks have a greater chance of missing; outside of battle, the amount of wild Pokemon encounters are decreased.

Phantom's Curse
Ghost types only. When this Pokemon KOs an opposing Pokemon, the enemy trainer's next Pokemon is chosen at random.

Ravenous
If the enemy Pokemon is holding a consumable item, the user's Bite/Crunch/Fang attack does increased damage and the user consumes said item.

Last Ditch Effort
Attacks do increased damage with health is in the red.

Copycat
Copies the opposing Pokemon's moveset upon switching in. Moveset returns to normal when the Pokemon it originally copied faints.

Maximum Volume
The effects of status lowering/raising voice related moves (Growl, Screech, etc.) are doubled.

Sharp Eyes
The effects of status lowering/raising look related moves (Leer, etc.) are doubled.

Ancient Armor
Fossil Pokemon and Relicanth only version of Filter.

Heavy Humidity
Water type attacks from the user have a chance of burning opponents when it's sunny.

Below Zero
Water and Ice attacks have a higher chance of freezing opponents during hail.

This Pokemon always goes last. (Normal speed rules are applied in cases of multiple Pokemon in battle with this ability.)

Rebellious
This Pokemon doesn't obey their trainer, but it's attacks all do increased damage.

Focused Training
Attacks this Pokemon uses are never super or not very effective.

Field Advantage
When on land, if the user is a land dwelling Pokemon, increased damage to Pokemon that are aquatic and should not be able to walk on land. When on sea, if the user is an aquatic Pokemon, increased damage to all other Pokemon. If the user is a winged Pokemon, they always do increased damage unless their opponent is also a winged Pokemon.

Speed Limit
When an enemy increases their speed, their take damage and their speed is reset.

Thrillseeker
Attack of enemy and user increase every turn. When this is your lead Pokemon, the levels of wild Pokemon encountered are increased.

Elegant Movements
Damage taken on a turn when a Dance move is used is halved.

Popularity Power
Unevolved Pikaclones only. Base stats are heavily boosted during battle while this ability is in effect.

Insect Alliance
Attack, Special Attack, and Speed boosted in double/triple battles if there is an adjacent Bug type.

Hivemind
When two or three Pokemon use the same attack during a double/triple battle during the same turn, the Pokemon with this ability who is using that attack does increased damage.

The elemental fangs have been a thing for a long time. Not every Pokemon with teeth get them and the ones that do only get like one, if that. Same with Elemental Punches.

Where did he say "AND EVERY POKEMON EVER LEARNS THESE ATTACKS"? Sure, with breeding and tutors they could probably be spread around, but none of them are so inherently bad ideas that you need to get so upset over it.

While its not the most creative ideas in the world, they're certainly not bad ones or worth getting upset over. I would welcome all of them.

A few Pokemon get access to elemental stuff they might not have otherwise had, and then the Pokemon with the related abilities can be used in a lot of different ways instead of having copypaste movesets of the three/four moves that apply to their ability.

Less clutter while still a bit of variety. And the Headbutt one is just a no-go since it would include moves like Head Smash which already OHKO things most on their own - boosting that would be brutal.

Psycho Pulse is still kind of redundant but I left it mostly because Mega Launcher Pokemon (and I assume we will see more of them down the road) could use it, and once we start getting ones that are dual typed/not Water type, it'll be good to give them different coverage. The Tail moves I left are because we actually have Pokemon with stone and burning tails, and with Pikachu existing I honestly had to check to make sure there wasn't an Electric Tail already.

It was a good idea, OP, but I think you went a bit overboard with it. I might still have too much listed here, but I think this is at least much more realistic.

I think rather than opening up the door for new abilities/moves, a better idea would to just ponder on more Strong Jaw/Mega Launcher Pokemon and make a COUPLE of new moves for them accordingly. But that's just me.

I think it would be cool if certain Fairy type moves have a chance of putting the opponent to sleep. All of the statuses correlate with a type (Freeze to Ice, Burn to Fire, and so on) I get that sleep is kind of a normal thing, but then again, kids get read FAIRY tales before they go to sleep. It would be a neat addition, i think.

I also really like the idea of non-Water or dual-types Mega Launcher users. Really hope we see some in VII.
