This...I fucking hate Gamefreak. I skipped Gens III and IV came back for BW2 and saw it was more of the same shit, just softer. Bought Y because 'OMG 3D, MAYBE DIFFERENT' but I was wrong. I really wish there was an alternative to pokemon. It reminds me of Minecraft in that it has so much wasted potential in the hands of it's lazy ass creators. At least MC has mods.

Turn HMs into TMs because at this point they have no place not being them, and then bring back secret bases in that you can have clones of your friends stored in your game to challenge at any time.

I'm at a dead end cause my only pokemon that can learn surf already knows strength, and I don't want him to have 50% HMs. I guess I need an HM whore but I've never had to fucking get one before. Let's overhaul typings.

All dual-typed pokemon now have a primary type and a secondary type.

Primary types work identically to the way they've always have.

Secondary types' effects are reduced by half, and don't take immunities into account, instead treating them as regular resistances.

So a water/flying type, for example, would take 3.5x damage instead of 4x from electric attacks, and 0.25x damage from ground type attacks instead of being immune.

This evens out the type differential somewhat.

Also, a lot of pokemon would have to be re-typed.
Pidgey, for example, is now Flying/Normal, instead of Normal/Flying.

The ability to easily identify abilities, natures, ivs and evs without some special tool or person even in the wild. Obtaining perfect IVs is still a hassle so I would like to see more changes concerning that too.

Day and night cycles have a LOT more to do with things that happen in the overworld, pokemon capture rates, etc
