Spore is basically the best move in the game, the grass immunity is a pretty small nerf.

Honestly I think it brings in some mindgame opportunities, you can run sludge bomb and predict grass switch ins

Spore doesn't work on grass types, and Infiltrator ability/sound moves go through substitute(I don't know if these are new or not, I skipped gen 5), but I've still been rolling SubPunch on my breloom.
