However, given that all he has the capacity to do that we know of is change the random encounter tables in RAM, I'm wondering if that was just his way of saying he only found those two new mega formes rather than actually finding the stones.
Because it sure looks like everything he found, he found by incrementing the pokemon index number and/or the Form ID number in the random encounter tables.
