ITT Double type pokemon, one of them being normal

Seriously, if you have a type you're not longer NORMAL, what's even the point of it?

I was thinking about that.

All it would get is ghost immunity and normal stab if that makes sense.

Actually Mega (forgot the physical ghost) would be cool with an ability that turns all normal moves ghost and was part ghost, taking away his ghost weakness.

Normal type is more of a "simple" type or "plain" type rather than average type. So Lilteo is a normal type with fire attributes, Pidgey is a normal type with flying attributes, and Helioptile is an Electric type with a lot of normal attributes. It was translation that throws it off.

I like when Pokemon have both normal and another type, however I hate that SO MANY flying types are part normal and there's no pure flying type outside legendaries.

I've always wondered this- If Normal is the "ordinary" type, meaning they lack any special abilities like other types have, what does that make "Struggle", a typeless move?

Essentially, what does it mean to be typeless?

Typelessness is just to concile aspects of the game's mechanisms. As in, a battle between two Ghost Pokémon won't loop if they both hit Struggle. It isn't meant to represent anything, not even normality.

It makes sense on Girafarig cause the head is psychic type and the tail is normal type. And maybe Bibarel cause it starts off normal type and then is just a normal animal that happens to chill in the water.

Why the hell's a lion fire/normal though? Is a lion more normal than a horse or a dog?
