Give one Eevee Destiny Knot, the other Everstone (if it has the nature you want). Item can go on either male or female.
Shuffle around til you get your first egg. REFUSE IT, let the guy keep it.
Save the game
Get another egg, hatch it. Don't save.
Give it 29 Rare Candies, then put its stats in an IV calculator (Google one)
If it has a lot of 31s, then reset (to save your candies) and hatch the Eevee again.
Why reset? Because the second egg after refusing the first "saves" its stats. If you get, for example, 31/x/31/31/31/31, whatever you breed next, regardless of parents, will have those stats.
Once that hatches, feel free to get two more with similar stats (same method), breed those two, and go for a shiny and/or the right nature if you don't have it yet.
