Suggest a move that you feel would improve a pokemon's performance in battle.

I'd like to see Hydreigon with Parting Shot, personally.

His biggest problem is random bitches with Dazzling Gleam. No fairy that immediately comes to mind can handle his coverage, and the only one who outspeeds him is Xerneas. (Plus I guess Whimsicott and Dedenne, though Whimsicott isn't really an attacker and Dedenne isn't good at much but being cute)
