>>15478443>Why is Ice weak to Fire?Because Fire melts Ice.
>Why is Ice weak to Fighting?Fighting is super effective against all of the "hard" types, rock, ice, and steel. Like how martial artists break boards and cinder blocks and such to show their strength.
>Why is Ice weak to Rock?>Why is Ice weak to Steel?Similar logic, those hard types are both harder than ice, so ice breaks. Same reason Steel is SE to rock, steel is harder.
>Why Ice not very effective against Steel? You can use the hardness thing from before, alternatively because chilling metal doesn't really do any structural damage.
>Why Ice not very effective against Fire?Because Fire melts Ice.
>Why Ice not very effective against Water? This one is a little weird. I guess it's because water POKEMON would be resistant to cold, having blubber and such? I don't know.
As far as bug, the only one that really makes sense is steel, though you could maybe say fighting because bugs don't have very strong attacks and fighting pokemon are too tough, but it's a stretch. And Fairy is just the magic bullshit game-balance type, so the better question is why GF thought bug was overpowered.
