This method is outdated don't use it.

Destiny knot when used correctly can cut out 2-4 of thise steps.
Destiny knot with good safari dittos.

the ditto safari is friend safari's with a ditto in them, catch a butt load of them. they have AT LEAST 2 perfect iv's

The friend Safari guarantees at least 2 perfect ivs. Dittos are particularly valuable because of that.

You would then need a lot of friends who have dittos in their safari. Then you would need to catch enough dittos to get all 6 perfect IVs to start breeding right?
