If you've actually EV trained, it's easy to see what stat is 252.

If your spread is all over the place from normal play you can Save and use a reset bag. It will tell you in exact numbers.

It's uncommonly handed out as your pokemon punches the ordinary training bag. It'll be a pure white color.

Yes. No. It only gives you new punching bags. Keep throwing the useless ones away until you get the Reset bag.
