Honestly I wish the main story was like this. The Looker sidestory was infinitely more human, interesting, and funny than the fucking farce we played out with Lysandre.

What does that even mean, anyway?
What exactly is the plan? To remove safaris, move tutors, the battle facilities or what?

They probably did this due to Looker really not having a built story around him. Just some random guy traveling regions to catch people. Now, they have a backstory to a vigilante with a very powerful suit.

I believe it's due to the design of Pokemon. Perhaps the next region will take place in Japan again? there are some moves identical to each other that do need to be cut back and some changes do need fixed. Don't worry about the future, enjoy it now while it lasts.
