If it's your Rapid Spinner and/or Stealth Rocker, decide how much your team needs Rapid Spin and Stealth Rock. Is it imperative that your side of the field be clean of rocks so your set up sweeper (that's weak to rock) can switch in, or do you just need that one free switch so you can spin once? I'd recommend lefties if you need Excadrill alive as long as possible.
