I have a sweeper paraflinch Togekiss. MVP of my team at the moment.

Nature: Modest (or Timid if you're insecure on speed)

EV: Max Sp. Atk and Speed, remaining points into SP. Def or HP

Ability: Serene Grace

Moveset:
HARD SWEEPER
(difficult to pull off at times because of your fragility, but if you can manage a switch in on a dragon to get a nasty plot off it's GG no re)
Nasty Plot
Dazzling Gleam
Air Slash
Aura Sphere

PARAFLINCH HEAL/SUPP
(I use this to stall for time or lock a dragon into an immune move to pass off wish to my main sweeper)
Wish
Air Slash
Dazzling Gleam
Encore

I'm sure there are much more creative ways to play him, but those are the two I use.

EV Spread: Aids/Im/Using/A/Shitter/Pokemon, you want a bit of a mixed bag in all of your evs, since Togekiss has fairly balanced stats, so I recommend an even distrubiton
Ability: Serene Grace. Might as well go full faggot

Moveset:Thunder Wave Air Slash Attract (The one that works on males only)

Dont even give it a fourth move

I'm using a Modest bulky-offensive set with 120 HP / 136 SAtk / 252 Spe. The 136 SAtk is for OHKO'ing Chompy with SR down with Razzle-Dazzle Eye-Rape Beam. It works excellently with Galvantula supplying the Silly Strings.

By the way, if you're running three attacks, don't use Aura Sphere. Use Fire Blast, or even better, Shadow Ball just to spite Mega Bullshit.
