Phazing moves such as Roar and Whirlwind were given perfect accuracy, perfect accuracy moves are slightly more widespread (Aura Sphere for one), Topsy-Turvy could invert your boosts to make attacks MORE likely to hit you (Stone miss, focus miss), Defog has perfect accuracy and lowers evasion, and Toxic has perfect accuracy if used by a poison type pokemon.
Evasion was heavily nerfed this gen, and it's pretty amazing.
