A lot of really good Pokemon are just UU though. Heracross is UU, Crustle is RU, Scrafty is UU, despite being able to wreck with DD and Drain Punch, then Moxie.

Heliolisk is fragile, has a shallow movepool, and can't effectively use his typing to his advantage. As previously stated, he'd be okay in doubles, but I'm sure there's better. He's got good abilities, and stats, so why the shit moves in regard to his typing?
