What are some little touches in X & Y that aren't very significant, but you enjoy nonetheless because the developers put it there?

Pic related. I finally got my hands on a Super Size Pumpkaboo this morning, and when I evolved it into Gourgeist, I noticed its cry was lower pitched than normal, which I thought made sense.
