So, I talked to the Game Director in Coumarine City after completing my Kalos Dex and he gave me four diplomas and my Trainer Card turned Black. Did I skip a few colors or is Black the next color for the Trainer Card after Blue?

I guess to clarify, what I meant was if there is something else if you only have it partially completed, like say you only have coastal and mountains completed, would the trainer card stay Blue or be a different color?

For the Egg Charm, you need to catch everything in the three sections of Kalos. You need Sycamore to evaluate everything on the PC (it's what I did anyways) then he'll tell you to meet with him in his lab.

You can do the Super Secret Training in the Super Training to farm for the evolution stones. For Shiny Stones, you have to do the one where you go against a balloon Roserade.

You have to get each type of Rotom and have them in your party in no particular order to unlock the Power Plant. You are taken down an elevator and then you go down a few stairs and Volcanion is in a room fueling the Power Plant.

The diplomas for the separate sections of the Kalos Dex says you're awarded for capturing all of them, so I'd assume that's the case.
