Can we talk about IVs?
I know what they are, and I have an idea about how they are passed on, what I want to know, is how long does it take? I was excited this time around to build a team, and though I've EV trained a lot before, I've never really wanted to delve THAT deep in the game.
How much of a difference does it make? I knows it's been streamlined in this generation, but I hear people talking online about how long it takes, but will i make/break my competitive battling experience?
