You need to have a friend with a dark type Friend Safari in order to catch a Prankster Sableye.

Either that, or offer someone via the GTS for a Sableye between the levels of 21-30. Continue doing this until you get one with the ability.

You can't find Sableye in any friend safari so you currently can't get one with Prankster, deal with it. You'll just have to wait for Pokemon Bank. Meanwhile, you can mess around with Prankster Klefki or Liepard (Klefki is generally thought to be the better choice because of its better typing and bulk).

Welp, this is true. You actually can catch Sableye from Dark friend safari. I was stupid and only checked the Pokemon that can be found from Ghost type safaris. Just to correct my incorrect post: >>15516150
