Alright VP I just hatched a Shiny Mild Gastly. Might not be perfect, I don't even know its IV spread. Regardless I am tickled pink and I want to use it with the Mega evolution. Can anyone give me advice on what to do with it? I know I should EV special attack, but what else? And what moves should I get it to learn?
