I'm angry and happy at the same time.

10 days ago, I was breeding zorua for the right nature.
once I got one with the nature i wanted, I put the rest of the eggs which more than likely didn't have the nature i wanted into the box.

Today I needed more space in my boxes, because i was MMing for the ever elusive golden pineco. So i decided to hatch the eggs in the egg box and got this. (It's already leveled up now. I wish i had taken a picture soon as i got it)

Note to self: hatch all eggs.

so i've just found this beauty my first shiny in my pkmn history while looking for breeding material for a contrary stalling shuckle to fit into my bug team.

It has perfect SpD ans Spe IV's and an abyssmal ATK IV (don't know the rest yet)
Neutral Nature
and Contrary, so i'm thinking of shitting on perfect HP/Def/SpD IV's and a +Def -Atk Nature and just welcome him into my team.
while it's a shame that no perfect HP IV's, it could've been worse
and Shell Smash should boost my def enough.

The thing is, today is also my birthday, and that i now find a shiny is kinda...
maybe birthdays boosts shiny rates?

Nah, I found a shiny pancham in 1 safari, then the next day found another shiny pancham and a Mienfoo in the same safari.

Meanwhile it took me like 2 days to get a shiny Manectric in an electric safari. so the rate is just random, regardless of how many you've found.

After countless hours of grinding and trading on the GTS and /vp/, I have them all. Almost all. My entire team, in shiny form. Pics coming soon. All with above decent stats, and IVs in the right places. Only one with a bad nature, and that's it, and 3 need an ability capsule.

Head on over to Kiloud city, and go into the Pokecenter. Talk to the man to the left and he'll judge your pokemon.

He'll say something along the lines of

"I see, I see..."
"This Pokémon's potential is <potential> overall."
"That's my determination, and it's final."
"Incidentally, I would say the best potential lies in its <best stat>."

Then he'll say something like

"Stats like these... They can't be beat! That's how I judge it!" (this is only if the stat/stats that he mentioned is/are 31)

Anything else you'll have to look it up for, because I don't pay attention to anything less than perfect.
