So far, my EV'd mons are: Avalugg, Delphox, Geninja, Tyrantrum, Noivern, Talonflame, Aegislash, Mawile and Charizard. I felt like I needed to have ONE mega for some reason, so I traded for a 5IV Jolly Charmander with DDance and Outrage for Megazard X. I helped some guy trade evolve 7 of his mons and he gave me a 5IV Adamant Mawile w/ Intimidate, so I said fuck it and EV trained it to Mega evolve it.
I don't use either Megamons much, but Megazard X looks VERY badass. I tend to get by fairly well with just my Gen 6 Pokemon. I'm actually undefeated. Played one guy from the UK today who ALMOST beat me. I got very lucky with a crit.
I'd say only half the people I've played have used megas.
