Doesn't matter, the fact that he was not only run with a choice item, but the that his main source of damage was Outrage, it doesn't matter WHAT fairy it is. He will DEFINITELY drop in use unless he somehow is given Iron Head instead of having to use Iron Tail. And both Togekiss and Gardevoir are counters and Salamence can't even touch Togekiss.

A big, big selling point is its resistance to stealth rock while being a U-turner.

I agree with bug for the sake of powering up U-turn shenanigans, but keep it at least neutral with ground so it can go around with a practical immunity to paralysis, U-turn, come back, and then U-Turn again without dying after using it only 4 times.
