So I am planning on integrating Mega Mawile into my team. What EV and IV's should I try for? I am new to EV and IV Training. Is there a certain ability I should try to breed for?

there's no special ability for mawile because it always gets huge power when mega evolved.

You should go for Adamant nature, IV spread of 31/31/31/x/31/31 with an EV spread of 252 HP/252 Atk/and 6 anywhere else.

As far the the ability, Intimidate is the best choice. You'll lower your opponent's Attack shortly just before you Mega Evolve, making yourself that much tankier.
