I googled this and apparently there are people reporting that they got a Shiny from a non-sparky patch that was shaking when the music changed. Others are reporting that it still gives you a Pokemon in your chain even if the grass is different.

I just did some chains tonight and I heard the music change ... pretty damn often. Not too often but it was by no means uncommon and I haven't had a chain go above 15 yet. But the grass isn't loud or big or w/e so I was too afraid to go in there. I just used the radar over and over until I got a fast/ loud result and by then the music had stopped.

We discussed it over with them, and it became pretty apparent that it was because of the Daily Shiny Generals. You know, the one's we agreed would never happen, but someone didn't get the memo?
Anyways it became utter chaos, a representation of everything we agreed these threads wouldn't turn into.
Every other post was a shitpost or a list of HAVE's and WANT's. People were arguing with literally anyone who spoke with me because "hurr you're only talking to her because grill". Then some of our regular hunters began resorting to "Traded shinies are like using a second hand fleshlight" shit slinging.
So we decided on the split, and it was instantly better. The traders (bar one or two edgy rebels who's first Shiny thread was obviously one of the Dailies) happily thrived in their thread, and we got our one back.
You know shit was bad when there were multiple posts along the lines of "WHENS THE STREAM, I WANT OUT OF THIS THREAD"
Everything seems to be better now though. Hopefully by the time the stream goes up tonight, it's will feel like the loving Weekend community we usually are.

Just hatched a shiny Adamant Kangaskhan with Scrappy while trying to get a 5 IV one. This one only has 31 IVs in Attack and Sp. Defense and although I have hatched others with way better potential I am still tempted to use that one.

I am way too lazy, to breed 6 Pokemon with the right IVs.
But if you want the right nature, try to register someone who has a normal safari with Ditto in it. The catch alot of Dittos with different natures.
Now if you want to breed the right nature, just give your Ditto an Everstone and give the other Pokemon a Destiny Knot.
That way you will pass the nature of the Ditto plus his 2 perfect IVs down to the Pokemon you breed, since safari Pokemon always have 2 perfect IVs.
