Ok so as to expand on that:
1. Get Dittos. At least three, so you cover every IV with a 31;
2. Get the genderless pokémon, be it Safari or in the wild (I'll go with the latter);
3. Equip a Power Item on a Ditto, breed it with the genderless. Now you have a single-31 genderless offspring.
4. Equip the first Power Item on the single-31 genderless and another Power Item on a Ditto, breed both. Now you have a double-31 genderless offspring.
5. This is how you get started. Frankly, I don't know what would be better now; keep the breeding with one or two Power Items, or start using Destiny Knot. But the deal is that you'll keep doing this until you get a quad-31 genderless pokémon.
6. Once you do this, equip Destiny Knot on the quad-31 genderless and a Power Item on the Ditto (obviously, it has to be on the remaining 31 stat).
7. Keep doing this shit until you get your quint-31 genderless pokémon.
