I wouldn't do HP unless it has more speed priority moves than just sucker punch. A good fighting attack can take it out easily and if you find yourself against mega lucario you'd be fucked.

Go Adamant Max HP Max Attack on Mega Kangaskhan. Switch to your wall if you face a fighting type, that outspeeds you, no need to be a hero with Mega Kangaskhan. Plus if you are running fake out, you can come in again and fake out because you can take a non super effective hit.
