I was testing Carbink, I usually play 6v6. Though I do run into a lot of Charizards and Talonflames in 3v3 so it works out.

Bug Buzz, both not very effective, I figured 50% chance of raising my Sp. Atk would have helped more than 10% chance of reducing his Sp. Def, but I guess both would have worked.

Sash, obviously. There's conditions where sash will work 100% of the time, while band is just something you throw on a mon that's already pretty bulky to possibly fuck with the opponent when you could be using something better

Focus Sash hands down. Focus Sash avoids OHKO 100% of the time and then falls off. Focus Band prevents KO a small percentage of the time.

Mega Aggronite proves his worth in this first one. I wasn't expecting my opponent to be smart enough to be packing Power Herb+Geomancy and abusing uber shit...but he did.
