Hey, I'm on my first run of Y, and I plan on using Roserade on my final team. I've just caught a few Roselia, and the best two are a Calm, Poison Point and a Quirky, Natural Cure.

Which one should I use? On top of that, what's the best time to evolve it to Roserade, for maximum efficiency?
