You have to catch a Fem Sawk in the ball type you want, or you can breed either gender Sawk with a Ditto and the egg will come in a standard pokeball.

95% sure that when breeding with a Ditto, the non-Ditto pokemon passes down the ball, regardless of gender.

Unless it's a cherish or master ball.

Your only chance is catching Safari Friend Sawks and getting luck on having 3 iv with 31.
4 is really suicide, the ability is solved with Synchronize.
