Why the fuck can't you change pokemon that you got in a trades name?
I am so fucking mad right now. There is no legit reasoning behind this that I can think of other than

If you're merely concerned about what ones are 31, just go to the Judge on Kiloude.

If you want to know all of them for sure, get the mon to level ~30 and then use an IV Calculator. I recommend Metal Kid's since he seems to be the only one with Gen 6 added. Make sure you include any possible EVs that are gained (This is why it recommends using rare candies instead).

go to the pokecenter in kiloude city. there is a guy there who can tell you which of your pokemons ivs are the highest. if he says they can't be beat that means they are 31. if he says your pokemon has oustanding potential that means that overall it's ivs are very high.

You go to the judge in that new town that opens up after you've beat the elite 4. He's in the pokecenter. He'll say what IV's are maxed by saying "stats like this can't be beat" or some shit.
