Mew was from Africa, and Mewtwo was a clone. This means that the only legendaries native to Kanto are those stupid fucking birds.

This seems unlikely, given that every other region is packed to the brim with legendaries. This suggests that Kanto is likely to contain several legendaries that Red never managed to discover, unless legendary Pokemon just avoid living in Kanto because it's full of shitty Pokemon made of slime and eggs and magnets.

I for one would like to meet Kanto's missing legendaries.
