He's modest/Serene Grace - are there any Fairy moves with secondary effects I can take advantage of, or should I just stick with the old standby of para/flinch?

RNG gods smiled upon me because I've got my 5 IV Togepi from literally the first egg. The second one was pentaperfect too, just had the wrong ability.

Yeh that's true, if you use a leftovers with it it will probably restore enough health. I think mine has max sp.def ev's and hp. Nasty plot does the rest. It's base sp. att is not that bad to begin with so that's a plus.

Togekiss motherfucking master race breeder reporting in. Togepi is annoying to breed, but its my baby. Easily my favorite gen 4 pokemon.

Nasty plot far superior to second coverage move. Invest all EVs in Hp / def / sp. def, thats what twave and nasty plot are for. Take special hits like a monster, stay away from strong phyical attacks though, espeially if youre def uninvested (like mine)

I was always a huge fan of Togekiss during its Normal/Flying run, but I'm really apprehensive about this new typing. Yeah, it handles ground, dragon, and fighting perfectly, but I fear its amount of weaknesses may be crippling.

I fear a lot of these types are commonly run as side moves already on a lot of Pokemon, especially the very dragon, fighting, and ground types it supposedly walls (especially with that rock weakness). Has anyone used Togekiss to success yet? I just haven't been sold yet.

Nasty Plot is an egg move via Honchkrow, every other move is a TM.
Togekiss can have egg move Aromatherapy too if you want to have a cleric.

Aura Sphere/Air Slash/2moves hits most important Pokemon save for Zapdos, Aegislash, and Thundurus for normal damage.

Dazzling Gleam/Air Slash/2moves doesn't hit Heatran, Magnezone, Metagross, Jirachi, Empoleon, Aegislash, Rotom-H, Mawile, Bronzong, Aggron, Skarmory, and Klefki for normal damage, as well as hitting a little less than 100 Pokemon for super effective damage when compared to AuraSlash.

I've used an AuraSlash paraflinch set in Smogon Pokebank OU, it's definitely one of the better fairy types out there. It's very easy to see if a Pokemon will be using a normal or steel type attack.
