I used it in Black 2 for the first time and it kicked ass. Awesome and diverse movepool. I'm pretty sure it's like a large dog that I could probably ride if it were real. I don't like animals irl, but it all sounds cool to me, I guess.

Why is Aegislash and Talonflame on every team i see online. I can understand a gen one dog pokemon to be loved or the cute evee stuff but a flying sword and a bird seem pretty weird to me

I don't like it either, but that has more to do with how horrible it is to train up than anything else. Growlithe doesn't have the moves to be useful early or the stats to be useful in the middle levels.

They're both extremely easy to use. Aegislash stance dancing doesn't require any real strategy. Neither does priority Brave Bird Talonflame. They're simple, easily obtained, and fairly effective with minimal effort. Just like Gen 3 Salamence
