What was the last fun match you had?

In this world of Garchomp/Rotom-W/Klefki/Talonflame/Aegislash/Etcfags, competitive battling can become a bit tiresome after a while.

What was the last match you had where you remember just having a good time and enjoying the battle?

I just had a wifi 3vs3, my Bisharp, Trevenant and M-Gardevoir vs Furfrou, Vanilluxe and Pyroar, and it was actually a really good match.

Just stomped some Japanese guy who was running Xerneas/Mewtwo/Charizard with my Venusaur/Greninja and Chandelure. I was pretty happy with that

Nasty Plot + Boomburst Chatot is wrecking ridiculous amounts of shit in doubles right now

Lightningrod Rhyperior alongside Gyarados is so trolly, too. I've known people thunderbolt three consecutive times before realising it doesn't work.

The last match i enjoyed was actually one I lost. My team and his were really close. The match ended with us both only having one pokémon left, both having red HP. His Mewtwo was faster then my pokémon, so he won. But yeah that are the kind of matches I enjoy, the ones were there isn't one player that stomps all over the other.

Not only that, with STAB it's the most powerful Boomburster in the game. Not that it has much competition...

Breed Female Chatot with Male Noivern -> Chatot with Boomburst

Breed Female Chatot with Boomburst with male Fedorabird with Nasty Plot -> Chatot with Boomburst and Nasty Plot

Egg moves pass from both parents now, so you can switch them around to get parents with good IVs

I bred a perfect Whismur with scrappy so I can hit ghosts with Boomburst. But didn't check to see if I could give it calm mind. Plus Explouds movepool seems mediocre to me.

To be honest, I almost never do multiplayer in Pokemon. I like going through the story over and over.

But the last time I did a Wi-Fi battle was a year or two ago in B/W. I battled some Japanese kid and managed to pull off a simple Zoroark trick to soak up a psychic attack whilst disguised as a Machamp or something.

That was nice.

I currently run Scolipede, Aegislash, Chansey, and sometimes my original starter Greninja if they have a garchomp in so I can just Ice beam it to death. Chansey is my favorite pokemon ever, and I just think Aegislash is really cool. Greninja also tends to eat the not too bright Blazikens, and Scolipede tends to just eat nearly any Blaziken. I may use OU and whatnot mons, but Ill never use a 'mon I dont really like. Ive had some pretty good fights. Though a lot of people have no idea how to use their mons sometimes. Avalugg once kept trying to blizzard me. -_-

I won with Me hazard Y, Heliolisk and Azumarill.
My Heliolisk outsped Yveltal and Mewtwo to get off a T-Wave.
It's nice wrecking people who use crazy powerful legendaries online.

My most recent "fun" match was the heart pounding final round of Battle Institute. It was my first Master Rank run.

I ran Life Orb + Compound Eyes Galvantula, Leftovers + BellyJet + Superpower Azumarill, and Weakness Policy Aegislash.

The final round was a 4 HP Galvantula and 22 HP Azumarill with burn, it was a beautiful and careful Ballroom Waltz of Kings Shields, Sacred Swords and Shadow Sneaks

I never had fun.

From the 30 matches i made in online battles I lost 30 of them against some jap and earthquake spam.

And when I send out something flying its gets stoned to death anyway.
