So I'm kind of new to Pokémon, but is there any reason why the "Deposit Pokémon" and "Withdraw Pokémon" options even exist on the Pokémon computer, when the "Organise Boxes" option does both of those things far more efficiently, and can do other things besides just depositing and withdrawing?

It's a stupid little detail, but it's been bugging me for a while since I've been moving Pokes in and out of boxes a lot recently.
