Giga Drain is the worst possible move on Volcarona. It's STABs are already resisted by Fire, why not give it another move that Fire resists? It's also resisted by Dragon/Flying, which Volcarona also has problems with.
Run HP: Ground or Rock, Hurricane, Roost, Morning Sun, Substitute, pretty much anything.
