He even considered rejoining Team Rocket as far as I know when he heard it in his cave with a radio but stopped after another kid (the player of cousse) stomped him.
Archie and Maxie bring the Orbs back to the tower and act like they have raped countless children. They went full emo and disappear.
I agree though, the others are still way too dangerous, stubborn and obsesses with their ideals that you can hardly believe that they will never appear again.
