So he'd probably have to switch out any time your opponent sends out, basically, any water or fire Pokemon who resists flying. Such as any of the water/rocks. Or maybe something with Aqua Jet.
As a dragon/fire type, that type of problem sort of doesn't exist. Fire/Dragon is near-unresisted STAB (bar Azumarill). With a single move for coverage to deal with Azumarill, who can't deal with a set up Charizard X due to Dragon resisting Water to counteract the Fire being weak, Charizard isn't nearly as good as Mega Charizard X.
