For some reasn though, I always struggle with Brawly whenever I play Gen 3. Always.

None of th other Gym Leaders are any danger to me, except fucking Brawly

As far as HG/SS goes, Stomp + Attract.

On top of Stomp hitting quite hard that early in the game with STAB, you have to deal with attract. So you either get immobilized by love or get flinched.
