GF finally moves into 3D, yet only makes less than 90 new Pokemon designs then it it suddenly fine because the game is 3D(which runs awful).
RSE was a large jump, as was Gen 4, yet they don't see the same sort of defense.
GF always tend to figure it out byt he last game in a Generation, but it really shows their laziness when basic stuff is ommited, or not returned from latter games. Shit like Amie and customisation will be a purely Kalos thing, to do with Beauty, we will never see them again in the series until Kalos remakes.
They always pull this shit to make each Gen feel unique. Like following Pokemon only for HG/SS, secret bases only for Gen 3, Underground for Gen4, shaking grass for Gen 5 and such.
