Which Mega Evolution would be most beneficial for me for 3v3 Wifi battles?

At the moment I'm using the following two:

Timid Greninja | Protean @ Expert Belt
252 Sp. Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
> Hydro Pump
> Ice Beam
> Dark Pulse
> Extrasensory

Adamant Talonflame | Gale Wings @ Choice Band
252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP
> Brave Bird
> U-Turn
> Flare Blitz
> Steel Wing

Initially I thought Mega Mawile, with an all out attacking set, after hearing how devastating its Attack stat becomes. Since then though, I've been playing online and on more than one occasion been torn apart by Mega Kangashkan with Fake Out / Sucker Punch. What do you guys think?
