My friend is the biggest nigger Ive met, how in the world do you stop substitute, thunder wave, swagger klefki. That coon is the only reason I can never beat him because RNG too strong

Use taunt to disable it's entire moveset. An Nidoking/Gliscor have the added bonus of Thunder Wave immunity.

Just fucking destroy the substitute the turn it comes out. That way he can't set up all his gay shit without getting wrecked.

Klefki isn't fucking good. Theres like 3 popular videos of Klefki doing well, and theyre all due to the other person using stat moves while Klefki is setting himself up

You get a useful pokemon and a great lead to fuck Klefki's shit. If you feel dangerous, go with Toxic Orb instead of Lum Berry.

Taunt works. Magic Bounce swagger back with Espeon also stops it. Switch into something ground/electric to avoid paralysis is also a decent countermeasure. Special attackers fare better since they have usually have lower attack for Foul Play to fuck you with.

Both of your ideas are great appreciate it, I was using a persim berry for some of my guys to stop swagger but the thunder wave fucked scizor sideways. Im gonna try to give skarmory taunt until I can get a gliscor or nidoking, which is better though?

One thing though I need to say since we arent competitive typically, he doesnt always lead with klefki. He has been using scolipede recently with swords dance toxic spikes baton pass into mawhile, though I feel best way to stop that is dragon tail or something. But he sometimes brings out klefki when he wants to getme mad or just thats what he has. So leads dont always help me :/ because i usualyl used tentacruel for toxic spikes but scrolipede stops it
