Matters just as much as the internet's opinion of someone's team. Chances are if BSTs, abilities, move pools, etc, weren't such a huge factor, everyone's team would look very different. Kind of the shitty thing about competitive play, people get lazy and just cling to whatever is obviously the go-to. Not actually using Pokemon you really like, usually. But hey, it's an opinion.

I can understand where they are coming from but the whole reason that they're OU is because people use them, you bring a NU or a UU to and OU party and chances are you're going to get smashed.

Actually, the best players always look for new strategies and gimmicks to take advantage of the scrubs using copypaste teams. Anti-metagame teams have been around forever. It's only near the end of a generation that the metagame really starts to become static.

I'd drop either spikes or stealth rock on ferro and run thunder wave instead. So you can cripple the switch-in.

Don't use toxicroak if you're not running rain. And even if you were, the weather nerf has greatly limited its viability. If you want a fighting type, use terrakion or conkeldurr. If you want a toxic staller, go for gliscor, jellicent or tentacruel.

Give aegislash some leftovers and drop all EVs into attack and HP to hit as hard as possible. Also, run a speed lowering nature and 0 speed IVs. You wanna be moving last, remember.

I'm not entirely sure if you need rapid spin on starmie seeing as you only have one mon weak to it. If you wanna replace it with something, go for hydro pump or surf.

You should a)give that scizor a lum berry or a life orb instead of a choice band, or b)run the classic bullet punch/u turn/pursuit/superpower set while keeping the band.

Still, your team doesn't seem to have much synergy. You have a glaring weakness to fire that really needs some more coverage.

I think I've fixed my weakness to fire with Volcarona/Tentacrual/Starmie but now I have a weakness to electric, would it be better to have gliscor instead of Starmie?

Tentacruel to gliscor. They both fulfill similar roles as physical walls and toxic stallers. Although I'd suggest playing a few matches with what you have before deciding on any changes. Have fun!

I've actually never lost with my team yet. Granted I've only done about 10-20 battles with it but still. I'm damn proud of my team for someone who's JUST starting competitive battling. Also it's all gen 6 mons.

You look like someone who found a list of good Pokemon on Smogon but felt you're too special to use the sets listed there, so you tried to be original and did an amazing job at it.
Please take a good look at your items, moves, and EVs and see if nothing really seems off before asking people to rate your team. Also please try doing a research about items you're not familiar with, there's no way anyone would think that using Choice Band/Specs like that would be a good idea.
