if you have that setup with 2 4IV vulpixs (Vulpixi?) you are completely guaranteed at least one perfect IV (assuming you're using the destiny knot)
That alone increases your odds exponentially.
With the remaining 4 stats it is up to luck but you can double your chances by having the stats you really want be the overlaps int he parents IVs. (in you case it'd be sp.D and sp.A)
If you do this right, outside of getting absolutely shit on by RNG, you're practically guaranteed 3 perfect IVs.
With the ralts I was talking about earlier I had it set up to the point where literally every single offspring was AT LEAST 4 IV and I only picked the cream of the crop to actually raise.
Yes, luck is a factor, but if you manipulate the factors that you actually control you can minimize the luck factor until it's practically zero.
