Chansey is best with Seismic Toss, and that's not available right now. I'd go with Blissey.

This set tanks really hard on the physical side. Usually you can have people stay in and use non-stab super effectives and it really wont do much after lefties. Then you cripple them with willowisp and continue stalling.

They're about equal in the end. With Evolite, Chansey is bulkier, but Blissey is able to hold Leftovers and has some offensive capabilities. As for the build, I haven't actually used either of them, so I'll leave that to someone else.

Fucking, he can take a STAB EQ from most of OU without activating Sturdy.
