How do you get 5 IVs? I'm new to this.

Breeding Larvitars. I've got at least two with 4 IVs, each with something I would need for my superbaby (HP, ATK, DEF, Sp Def, and speed). I'm breeding with the destiny knot... and nothing.

Should I use a power bracelet? What am I doing wrong?
