Motor Drive
Adamant or Jolly
252 Atk / 252 Speed / 4 HP

Ion Deluge
Return
Earthquake
Ice Punch or Power-Up Punch

Ion Deluge turns return to STAB electric attack and Electivire practically becomes immune to normal type attacks

First of all, you think electivire is good, thats fucking retarded
second, you say adamant or jolly. If anyone was going to use electivire (they shouldn't) and they arn't running jolly, they are bad, simple. Moving on.
Ion deluge. ion deluge. you are actually serious? fuck bud, the last thing electivire wants to do is waste turns using anything that isn't damaging. Have fun as ANY moderately strong attack KOs you as you just wasted a turn. I'm not even going to mention the waste of a precious coverage move moveslot

Fuck, i didnt read "turns return to STAB" and thought Ion Deluge turns ALL incoming attacks into electric types which would make evire unstoppable. I got excited for nothing.

Just threw this together after reading the OP.
I didn't put much thought into it so I'm sure it's far from perfect but I think it would work okay in a team battle with some normal attacker.
