Breeding really isn't tough, man. I've bred several perfect [31,31,31,31,31,31] Pokemon in game. They take, on average, about 4 hours if you have only a 2-stat parent to start with (after you've bred egg moves).
If your mon has a safari, get it. All pokemon caught in Friend Safari automatically have 2 random perfect IVs. Catch a bunch and use the NPC to figure out which stats they have. Otherwise, get a ditto safari and do it that way.
Breed perfect stats onto your Kanga until you have a male and female kanga which can replace the ditto (and cover your nature), then breed until you get Kangas which are identical to your parents plus one or two more perfect IVs.
Replace said parent. Rinse repeat.
